meet Vince ChappleABOUT

Vince Chapple is a photographer whose work moves between cinematic quiet and documentary realism. Drawn to fog, long roads, open coastlines, and the still moments that sit between one place and the next, his images carry a soft, film-like atmosphere rooted in memory and travel.

Vince spent over two decades in Canada—first in Alberta, then British Columbia—where he studied photography and developed a deep connection to the dramatic landscapes of the West. That sense of scale, solitude, and open-road Americana continues to shape the way he sees.

After returning to England, Vince blended his creative background with technical work in IT before refocusing fully on photography. Today, his practice is shaped by both worlds: an eye trained for quiet detail and a mind grounded in structure, patience, and craftsmanship.

His work spans travel, documentary, portraiture, and personal storytelling, with a particular fascination for the places that feel half-remembered—foggy mornings, distant highways, and the cinematic hush of in-between spaces.
